BizNetworX Talent is operated by BizNetworx LLC FZ, registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, as part of our own recruitment consultancy. It isn't sold or licensed to other companies as a platform. This page explains what information we collect, why, and who gets to see it.
Information we collect
- Account info: your name, email, and password.
- Profile info you add: headline, phone number, location.
- Resume info: work history, education, a skills list, and an uploaded resume file.
- Application info: which jobs you've applied to, any cover note you write, and the status of each application.
- Job listings and applicant records: created and managed by the BizNetworX recruitment team, who are the only ones with Job Poster access. This isn't opened up to outside companies.
Why we ask for Google or LinkedIn sign-in
Signing in with Google or LinkedIn is offered purely as a faster way to create an account and confirm you're a real person, not a way for us to reach into those accounts. When you use one of these options, the only information we ever receive is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your profile photo, if it's public
We never receive or store your Google contacts, Gmail, Drive files, or Calendar, nor your LinkedIn connections, posts, messages, or the resume stored on your LinkedIn profile. We also never post, message, or take any action on either platform on your behalf. Signing in this way only confirms who you are and pre-fills your name and email so you don't have to type them.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account.
- To show your profile and resume to the BizNetworX recruiter handling any role you apply to.
- To let our recruitment team manage applicants and update an application's status.
- To let you search and browse open job listings.
Who can see your information
- A BizNetworX recruiter with Job Poster access can see the profile, resume, and cover note of anyone who applies to a job they posted, not everyone on the platform.
- BizNetworX super admins can see platform-wide data to operate and support the service.
- Other candidates never see your profile or applications.
- We never sell, license, or hand this platform's data to outside companies.
Where your data is stored
Your data lives in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, protected by row-level security rules enforced at the database level, not only in the app's interface. Resume files are stored in a private file bucket that only you, the relevant job poster, and super admins can access.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it at any time by emailing hello@biznetworx.ae.
Your rights
You can view, correct, or remove most of your profile information directly from your profile page. For anything else, including deleting your account entirely, email hello@biznetworx.ae.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes in any meaningful way.
