Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BizNetworX Talent, operated by BizNetworx LLC FZ, registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Who can use BizNetworX Talent

Anyone can sign up as a candidate to browse jobs, build a profile, and apply to open roles. Job Poster access is limited to the BizNetworX recruitment team and granted directly by a super admin, not through public signup. We operate BizNetworX Talent ourselves; it isn't sold or licensed to other companies as a platform.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person.

If you're a candidate

Represent your work history, education, and skills honestly. Your profile and resume are shared with the BizNetworX recruiter managing any role you choose to apply to, so keep them accurate and up to date.

Job listings

Every listing on BizNetworX Talent is posted and managed by the BizNetworX recruitment team, on behalf of clients engaged through our recruitment consultancy. We don't provide direct posting access to outside companies.

• Listings are for genuine, currently open roles.
• Listings won't discriminate unlawfully or misrepresent the position, company, or compensation.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of your resume, work history, and anything else you upload. By applying to a job, you grant that job's poster the right to review your content for the purpose of considering you for the role.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the platform, create fake accounts or job listings, harass other users, or use BizNetworX Talent for anything unlawful.

No guarantee of outcomes

BizNetworX Talent connects candidates with roles our recruitment team is filling. We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or hires, and we're not a party to any employment relationship that results from using the platform.

Suspension and termination

We can suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use BizNetworX Talent after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
